The translation process

Each work is assigned to professional freelance translators, specialized in the requested field.
The translation phase is followed by an editing/proofreading step by a second specialized and professional translator, in order to ensure the perfect quality of the work done.

The code of good practice

The translator and the interpreter engage to transmit in the language they are translating into the same concepts and messages of the original source text, without adding or eliminating any of them, at the best of their professional skills and respecting all the linguistic and cultural implications of the original source text. While doing this, the translator and the interpreter have as their main goal favouring communication, contacts and friendship among peoples, while respecting cultures, the first expression of which is represented by languages.

Delivery

The translated material can be delivered by e-mail, ftp transfer, fax or mail, fully respecting the schedule agreed upon.

Payment

For the first job order done with us, depending on the quantity of the material to translate/process, an advance 50% payment will be requested; the other 50% will be paid within 15 days after delivery of the translated material. For the following orders, payment will be requested within 15 days upon delivery of the translated/processed material. Payment will take place through bank transfer; upon receipt of the amount due, a regular invoice will be issued.
